Hello there!!! Happy April to all of you. I’m so excited to share about my recent photoshoot with Fashion & Lifestyle Blogger @GlamberMonique (on IG). I’ve been wanting to do a photoshoot at a museum for the longest time and finally my opportunity surfaced.
The Cincinnati Museum Center is a perfect place for a blogger photo shoot. Amber had 2 wardrobe ideas in mind that offered very different vibes, casual and monochromatic. A museum backdrop is not only perfect for bloggers but for engagement sessions as well.
Shooting in a location such as a museum requires a little research and preparation. Most Museums or Art Studios don’t allow for flash photography, tripods or a disruption to patrons during their visit. So, if you are thinking about planning a session at a museum it’s important to check their website for their FAQ’s regarding their policy on photography. We planned our session start time when they opened to get most of our shooting done prior to their busy times…and believe me Museums stay busy.
Also, there is no shortage of onlookers so just prepare yourself for some slight interruptions from inquisitive patrons (they're at a museum, so you know they have questions...lol :-)
Amber totally killed her session and I can’t wait to shoot there again. Check out what we captured during our time together below:
